Where Can I Find Special Recipes for People With Diabetes?

The fact is you don't need special recipes. Remember that the ADA recommendations for diabetes is a well balanced diet, low in fat, especially trans fat and saturated fat, moderate in salt and sugar, and containing fiber rich foods like whole grains, fruits and vegetables. While you learn how to modify your eating and cooking to include these recommendations, there are a lot of recipe sources, some of them specifically targeted to people with diabetes. One of the nice features of these sources is that many have the nutrition information available which helps us with portions and carb counting.

Here are some of my favorite recipe sites.
